Brandon Washington is an Associate in the firm’s corporate practice. Brandon’s focus centers on corporate and business transactional matters. Such matters include entity formation, governance, and drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including, privacy notices, web terms, and service agreements.

Brandon earned his law degree from the University of California Irvine School of Law. Before attending law school, Brandon received his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Law from CPP.

Brandon is a San Diego County native originating from the City of Oceanside with a deep passion and connection to the surrounding cities with a heart near and dear to the area. Taking in the beauty of the San Diego County region, Brandon enjoys frequenting the many hikes and beaches that the area has to offer with friends and family.
